Friends, My name is Jeff Seemann, and I have entered the election for Ohio's 16th District of the United States House Of Representatives. I am not a politician, but I know how politics work. I've sat back for too long and watched career politicians take over our country. Your country is being run by men and women who no longer care about the people they are supposed to represent. Your country is being run by men and women who have been in Washington DC so long that they have forgotten what it's like to be a citizen, struggling with day-to-day problems. These are the exact reasons why I have decided to run. I know what it's like to be an American citizen....proud of my country, but ashamed of the way we are being led. Too many Americans have grown tired of typical Washington politics, and have given up on the concept of voting. I plan to bring the leadership of this country back to the ordinary American citizen, and make the world of politics pay attention to every person, not just the special interest groups. Wouldn't you rather see Congress pay attention to the problems that worry YOU every day and stop concerning themselves with issues that are only important to the wealthy CEOs. These are people who will never have the concerns that you and I have, and yet they are given more attention than they deserve. It's time that ends, and it's time that the politicians start noticing the issues that REALLY matter to Americans.
